The Tradition Rolls On....
riders racing thru old mine shack 1970's
What started back in the 70's has now become one of the favorite races of the year. After a breif 20 year lay off the Searchlight Grand Prix was resurrected in 1998 . With support of the Searchlight Community the Tradition rolls on. Family orientated grass roots racing with a down home touch is what makes this event so much fun.

Get a real taste of what a true Grand Prix is all about! A real Grand Prix complete with all styles of racing combined into one event. You get up close in your face racing. The way it should be. Camping is close to the track and it's easy walking distance to a very spectator friendly motocross and endurocross track. Or walk to the other side of the camp area and watch the racers as they charge out through the desert. Of course Only a true Grand Prix would have you race through town. This section comes complete with paved roads and back yards and even a barn or two to race through just like in the good old days. Kids racing?? You bet!! Thats what we are all about.
So whats slowing you down?? Mark your calendar tell your boss you need some vacation!! Load up the family the race bikes, quads and UTV's and we will see you November 13th and 14th!!!!
(Please leave the play toys at home. No need for golf carts UTV's or pit bikes. They are not allowed at this event. UTV 's licensed in Arizona or other states are not valid in the state of Nevada ) (Searchlight GP not affiliated with any other racing assoc. or organizations)
